During the first project meeting all relevant data of the order and results of previous meetings with client and consultant are handed over to a project manager. This project engineer provides a project schedule, which he updates continuously and audits its observation.

Especially data of hydraulic faces (shape of buckets) are transmitted via CAM to the CNC-machine tools.
After completion of the works the documentation will be transferred to the employer. This contains test certificates (material testing and commissioning protocol), spare parts lists and assembly drawings. It contains further maintenance and operating manual and a CE - declaration of conformity. A complete documentation facilitates a safe operation and maintenance.
